Paul Brothwood | Leading Successful ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Audits
Paul Brothwood has spent much of his career helping organisations improve operational performance, environmental management and health and safety. One of the achievements I am most proud of was leading work that contributed to the successful ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits at T Newman Hire Ltd, demonstrating the value of strong leadership, robust management systems and continuous improvement.
Although this achievement took place during my time at T Newman Hire Ltd, the principles remain central to my work today. Strong governance, effective management systems and continual improvement continue to shape my approach as an Operations Manager and Chartered Environmentalist.
Celebrating our certifications under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, T Newman Hire Ltd is pleased to report the successful completion of our annual ISO audits. These successes highlight our constant commitment to provide in every sphere of our activities quality, sustainability, and safety.

The auditors praised T Newman Hire Ltd's proactive attitude to statutory compliance, risk management, and opportunity grabbing. From client satisfaction to environmental stewardship and workplace safety, our integrated management system supports our goals.
Initiatives including staff training programs, lowering environmental hazards like water pollution, and preserving a responsive nonconformist governance system also brought us recognition. These initiatives complement our goal of establishing industry standards and so strengthen client confidence in our offerings.
